Fifth Week Update!

Google Classroom was one of my favorite things to use this week! I thought it made everything very simple and as always it integrates so easily with other Google products. This makes it so easy to add information into your Google Classroom setup. When setting up my fake Google Classroom one things that makes it simple for me is the ability to be able to organize all material and assignments by unit. 






Google Meet is a great place to go when you are hosting a meeting. As you know there are plenty alternatives for this kind of thing but they just cannot compare with this Google product. What sets it apart is the way you are able to invite others. You are easily able to invite other by using their Gmail account. Once accepted it is easily integrated to their calendar so they do not forget.

  G o o g l e D r i v e 🅶 🅳 Google Drive Tip #1 Organization One thing that impresses me with Google Drive is the accessibility and its ability to organize all of your materials. Google Drive allows users to organize their things so it makes sense to them. One thing you are able to do it change the color of your folders. You are able to change the color of your folders by clicking the three dots to the right and choosing the organize option. This will allow you to change the color of each of your folders.    Google Drive Tip #2 Save your folders in multiple places . On Google Drive you can save your folders in different areas to make them easier to access. To do this you right click on the folder and select the add shortcut option. This will then give you the option to save it in a different area. This can all be done without creating duplicates of the same work. It will save the exact same thing in multiple places! Google Vids and a Search Tip

  Google Vids is a AI powered video creation tool. It allows you to create custom videos for anything! You can create your own slides, use slides you have done previously or use a template that is provided. It also provides you an AI voiceover for the slides that that are there. It can be a little daunting to start using but has a lot of the same features that make it accessible that other Google apps have.  Search Tip! This a a great way to search a lot of information if you are just looking for one simple thing  This will allow you to search the information for the exact word you typed into the search bar that pops up when you hit control F or command F It will highlight all results throughout the article or page you are searching. This can be used to easily search a lot of information or even just a small amount! It allows you to search for certain words, phrases, or numbers.
