2 Google Tech Tips

One thing that can be very useful for people in their personal or professional life is google keep! Google keep is a note taking application that can be used in a variety of ways. It can allow you to make a simple checklist for yourself (accessible on your computer or phone) or collaborate on something bigger with multiple people adding to it. Images, videos and notes can all be uploaded and made to be shared with others. 


Another tip is to create your own QR code for websites! 

  1. Click the three dots in the top right

  2. Go down to cast, save, and share

  3. Click on create QR code

  4. Test it!

  Google Vids is a AI powered video creation tool. It allows you to create custom videos for anything! You can create your own slides, use slides you have done previously or use a template that is provided. It also provides you an AI voiceover for the slides that that are there. It can be a little daunting to start using but has a lot of the same features that make it accessible that other Google apps have.  Search Tip! This a a great way to search a lot of information if you are just looking for one simple thing  This will allow you to search the information for the exact word you typed into the search bar that pops up when you hit control F or command F It will highlight all results throughout the article or page you are searching. This can be used to easily search a lot of information or even just a small amount! It allows you to search for certain words, phrases, or numbers.
